This was first mooted during the consultation on Wightman Road changes. I wrote to Haringey a little while ago to find out what was happening and have had the reply below
There has been some delay in progressing the reversal of flows in Warham Road due to internal resourcing issues. Nevertheless, the proposal is planned to take place this year and residents will be consulted once a design have been finalised.
Kind regards

We finally had our meeting with the Highways officers on Monday July 29. I have been pressing for this for several weeks. Gina, Sarah and I were there with reps from the LCSP and Haringey Cycling campaign. Bibi from the Mosque was also there. It was a very positive meeting with all points and issues set out. The list of issues from the LCSP was incredibly helpful and provided a basis for much of the discussion. Action points were agreed. Regarding Warham Road - we heard the same thing. They are short-staffed so it is delayed.

That reminds me has anyone heard anything about the planned no-right-turn from St Ann's Road into Salisbury Road? It's a separate piece of work from reversing the direction of Warham Rd (and thus making the exit from Salisbury left-turn-only), but part of a slightly larger scheme to reduce the ratrunning from West Green Road to Wightman Road via Woodlands Park, Salisbury Rd and Warham.
I've not heard anything, but once warham is reversed that should sort out the run onto the ladder I'd have thought.
I'm not convinced that will be acheived until you either reverse Salisbury rd or turn Brampton, Riches, and Rowley rd's into one way roads north. But, I'm no traffic planning expert.
It's okay, neither are the folks in the traffic department at Haringey. ;os
I thought it was included in the consultation and works carried out on Salisbury Road, but that work finished a while ago and there is no sign of a No Right Turn sign.
Has anything progressed on this?
Will the plan be to reverse Warham in isolation or will there be adjustments to other roads (e.g. allowing the right turn, switching the direction of Pemberton, etc)
Haven’t heard a dicky bird Andrew. You’re right of course, any proposals to change the traffic flow on Warham have to also take into account what the consequences may be for other roads but the primary proposal (flow reversal) should at at least deal with the volumes of traffic that zoom up the street after coming up Salisbury Road (it’s actually zooming right now outside my front door)
It is supposed to be accompanied by a no right turn from St Anns into Salisbury Rd. The general aim is to prevent the ratrun from West Green Road to Wightman Road via Woodlands Park, St Anns, Salisbury, Warham.
There is no need to allow right turn out of Salisbury onto Green Lanes, traffic on St Anns wanting to head north can just use Colina Rd.
