Join Anna for this free taster session to find out more about what mindfulness is and how it can help you to lower stress and navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease.
The session will take place live online so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. No special equipment is needed, just you and a willingness to find out more.
The session will provide the opportunity to take a short practice together, share reflections and ask questions. Anna will provide participants with information on how they can continue their practice including her 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course that begins in September 2022.
