A female friend is in urgent need of a room to rent as her present home is unsatisfactory. 

She can pay up to £115 a week. Less would be better as she does not earn a lot as a hairdresser at a smart studio in Muswell Hill. Her name is Polly and she is in her thirties. She is quiet, single, intelligent and with no car.
