Looks like the new shopfront has had its application refused which is a shame as would probably be an improvement to the current frontage. :(

The owner has now broken cover and submitted a planning application for the second and third units to be given restaurant use under the flexible use provisions. My understanding is that this application is likely to fail under these provisions but if it does so we may well see it come back as a regular application.
