Brazen Fly-tipping Lorry Driver Caught on Camera
Gabriel Prempeh, 35, of Ranlegh Road, Wood Green, was spotted on Homes for Haringey CCTV in December 2015 driving a truck into Kessock Close, Tottenham and dumping a lorry load of rubbish.
In February 2016 the truck was spotted parked illegally on the pavement by CCTV officers, and he was recognised as the person responsible for the flytip.
Haringey Council have said that Mr Prempeh appeared in court on Wednesday May 18 2016, was fined £320 and ordered to pay £585 costs.

That's a very low fine. The government has just introduced a new FPN for "low level fly tipping". Councils can set fines up to £400, backed with the threat of court if the fine is not paid. But if the court fines are so low, that's no deterrent...
