As before pragmatic and right wing .Nothing new.

Apparently Stuart McNamara is a lefty. He was also chairman of the Tottenham Constituency Labour Party during the St Ann's debacle though.

At least Sheila Peacock wasn't reappointed Mayor... oh, wait.

Oh wonderful! Claire has been re-appointed as Leader. Nothing can go wrong for the next four years. I like a flat-pack cabinet - now where's that damn Allen Key?

Ali Demirci - are they serious? What happened to Joe Ejiofor? A good guy whose hands I felt planning was safe in. Two brand new cllrs too. I hope they have a background in these areas prior to this.

I've attached a table in MsWord format which lists each of their formal responsibilities.

It seems to be a pig's ear of divided tasks with the widest set of tasks for new members falling on Stuart McNamara and Jason Arthur.  Both have a whole sackload of "hot potatoes".  Meanwhile the Dear Leader will continue to sit up on the bridge watching the icebergs as the ship drifts on.

There are some predictable changes - including as expected, sacking Cllrs Joe Ejiofor and John Bevan.

Plus a reward for Peter Morton.  Does Mr Morton really think he will ever live down the stigma of failing to call for a rerun of the St Ann's Selection?

I was frankly, surprised, to see the retention of Cllr Ann Waters with the brief for Children and Families. After the AB, CD case and the blistering criticism of Haringey by the High Court in the Musa case, I assumed she would at least have the grace to stand down from this role.  It is deeply shaming when politicians are no longer prepared to accept responsibility for very serious errors by their Department  "on their watch".

Hi Alan

Can you tell me where you got that document from? If you prefer not to say here... email/twitter inbox me or call me.

I hope you and Zena are both well?

Sx

Seema, I thought this was the officially circulated list.  Have I been April fooled on 1st June?  Is it inaccurate or out of date?  If so, as a matter of urgency, please post the updated, accurate list.

That's really useful Alan. As Cllr Demirci explicitly has the brief for HMOs we know who to go to.
