After it was discovered at the St Ann's Labour Party selection candidate selection meeting that there were people present and voting who should not have been, I came home from the pub (where I'd heard about it) and wrote this article. It has subsequently been edited by site admins to remove the names of people who were embarrassed or in the final case where a journalist said it was potentially libellous. Well here I will attempt to summarise what we have subsequently found out and hopefully take people's attention away from my original appalling rant.
*An individual has asked that their name be replaced with their function in this post on the grounds that they are not seeking public office. This has been done.

Seema keeps it VERY quiet but it's high time she was outed as the Secretary of the Tottenham Labour Party, the person who has requested the ballots and attendance record from the one who's name we must not speak.
The London Labour Party have seen the attendance records and the ballots. Specifically Alan Olive and Richard Bennett. They are presumably happy with them. I really doubt that there is anything David Lammy can do given that it has gone that high.
We now know that two of the five people in question could not possibly have been the people who attended the meeting so there is a serious question for them to answer about identification of voters.
Claire Kober asked Matt Downie (chair of Hornsey & Wood Green Labour Party) who was invigilating at the Noel park selection meeting to allow an ineligible voter to be allowed to vote. He told her no.
The Secretary of St Ann's Ward Labour Party has still not released the attendance records and ballot.
In future all these meetings should be filmed. The technology is now cheap and easy. As the process has been discredited in more than one ward, why would anyone believe anything anyone says - the repercussions are vast.

but I digress fro the topic of this discussion so that's it.
JJ, thanks for this very helpful link.
Did you know that journalist David Conn attended a meeting with small business owners in North Tottenham? You've had an email on this meeting. So you're not actually digressing from Tottenham where homes and businesses near White Hart Lane station are currently blighted by the shadow of the Spurs Stadium plans. Enthusiastically and uncritically endorsed by the gullible Cllrs Claire Kober and Alan Strickland.
T Blair was the first of the overt enthusiasts for big money, not just 'totally relaxed' but in awe of the megabillionaires who then queued up to shake his hand. Forgive my naivety but shouldn't Labour politicians and party members and supporters have an inbuilt suspicion of huge wealth, no-one can possibly earn such from their own endeavours. The ease with which Section 106 requirements are turned around into US giving THEM money is just disgusting. Grainger, Spurs, Hale Village - all worshipped by the kabal instead of kept to tight limits.
The three St Ann's candidates were out campaigning in St Ann's on Saturday, knocking on doors etc. I'd love to know if they spoke to anyone who asked them about the legitimacy of their selection.
Not sure if they came towards Black Boy Lane. If I saw them, I sure would ask. I've not seen a Labour councillor prospective or otherwise canvassing around here since 2002.
Good going John - they are just hoping you will give up - it's the Haringey way.
An information sheet is currently being prepared. It will give as many established and evidenced facts as it can without breaching confidentiality. There's still lots of time to circulate it to as many residents as possible before the Borough elections on 22 May 2014. Using both traditional and new media.
Unless of course the Labour Party's National Executive Committee finally sees sense. Although the longer this goes on, the more difficult it gets. Because the issue is no longer just the initial rule-breaking in the St Ann's Selection Meeting, but the Party's attempts to ignore and cover this up.
(Tottenham Hale ward councillor. My partner Zena Brabazon is one of the deselected St Ann's councillors. The other is David Browne.)
The trouble is that we did not realise where the problem was initially and that is the Ward Secretary and Steve Hart. Both investigations, by the London Regional Party and the National Executive Committee consisted of calls to the official invigilator and the ward secretary, not the complainants. Of course these men, who are hiding the attendance record and official ballots from the constituency secretary, denied that there was anything wrong. A generous person would say that they completely failed to do their job through incompetence.
