I had a huge and rather tasty breakfast at the new vegetarian restaurant opposite the softball pitch on Green Lanes. Anyone else tried it?

I vaguely remember that. Isnt this spot constantly changing hands? its been a Japanese food place, Polish deli and all sorts of other things in the past few years. They never last long, must be poor position. It used to be next to a bus stop but that was moved down outside Homebase when that was revamped.

Popped in there today for a lovely cuppa while working on my laptop. Really nice to have somewhere like that locally - friendly and nice atmosphere. Would be good for people to support it as many of the restaurants that have started there seem to close.

Absolutely ! Not to mention I think it is a lovely little spot and it is really nice to have a veggie restaurant on Green Lanes.

Sad news indeed - I was as gutted to hear this as I was surprised to hear they'd set up in the first place, as I don't know of any other vegetarian places locally, and was resigned to going into town for such things. I got the news yesterday on only my second visit there, and I hadn't even sample any of their main courses yet!
