Finally, the council is acknowledging the inherently anti-social nature of riding a bicycle.
Presumably none of the restrictions on alcohol, drug use, or urination will apply during Wireless or any other of the council's income generating endeavours.
I don't think riding a bicycle as such is inherently anti-social.
I think it's a perfect example of anti-social behaviour.

These are some great proposals but my question will be of course who will enforce these PSPOs?
