As has been the case for a lot of the time during the pandemic, the postal service remains appalling.
We just got a batch of post after nothing for some time, including magazines that should have arrived over a week ago, first class mail that has taken many days etc. We also routinely get NHS letters after the appointment has happened.
This is in the Gardens area (N4). I know we have recently had the 'pingdemic' issue, but it really seems like Royal Mail does not have enough capacity in this area - is there anything that can be done?

Yes I have noticed the same. Nothing for ages and then letters for different flats being put through the wrong letterbox. I am missing letters from the bank and I am sure they have been delivered to someone else which is worrying. It's a mess
I am also experiencing the same delays in post that you are from Royal Mail - 1st class mail delivered over a week after it was sent and I can’t seem to find a way to raise this with Royal Mail - I’m on Wightman Road N4
Same on Warham. We get a gap of a few days then a great bundle of stuff
Anyone taken it up with Royal Mail.
Or is sorting Office staff being Pinged
I thought yesterday that I couldn't remember the last time post came through. Also waiting for a package but up til now had assumed it was a delay at the dispatch.
Thinking back I saw a young man over a week ago not in uniform but with a royal mail bag puzzling through post and door numbers. At the time I assumed someone in training but I'm guessing they're sending anyone out they can to deliver things.
