Surprised the Order does not include Drugs
Has anyone seen any action resulting from these Orders ?

I got it too.
It appears to be a pretty standard consultation process before they extend the orders which are already in place for another number of years, rather than some groundbreaking initiative to stem dog fouling and alcohol consumption in the open. Nonetheless, its probably still worth participating - even if just to tick a box before one of the sleepwalkers at the council extends it...

Aware its a standard renewal process
Was wondering why the order does not include Drug problems ?
The orders are to give Haringey powers over actions that are legal (drinking in the street, taking your dog out without a lead in certain circumstances or without the necessary equipment to dispose of its mess). Dealing and using drugs is illegal and a police matter.
Why is it we had the letter but did not receive this link? So how are most people supposed to respond?
'This link... respond?'
It was in the printed letter near the bottom of the page, but wasn't flagged by using colour or being emboldened, it was just underlined so it was very easy to miss. To quote:
"We hope to consult widely and I would urge all residents to complete the online consultation forms which can be found on the Council's website using the attached [sic] link www.haringey.gov.uk/pspo-2020"
I see, thanks. Must point this out to neighbours.
re the Dog Owners & Dog Fouling section of the form:
My recommendations, returned this morning -
Phase 1: Shoot all these public nuisances.
Phase 2: If Phase 1 action does not solve the problem, try shooting the dogs.
I used to have several Dogs that peed and Crapped up my front Garden post
Often while owners spoke to others
Brought several bottles of cheapest bleach and washed the post down
Dogs now try walking in the Road instead of going any where near the post
I have also had Humans use the post. Joke is I am on a bend and one of the Boroughs most foot & driving Areas
I think some men are irresistibly drawn to hard vertical surfaces - fibre optic cabinets and other such street furniture are favoured objects of their attentions. The other week, one of those really hot, sunny days, I happened to glance out of my window around lunchtime and a man walking along the pavement opposite caught my eye because he slowed down as he reached my opposite neighbour's garden wall. He was holding a cup of coffee in his left hand, his right arm round a large bunch of sunflowers, and was perhaps also juggling somthing else in his right hand? He carefully put the coffee down on my neighbour's garden wall and turned to the left where there is a door blocking the end of an alleyway and started peeing. He didn't even glance around to see if there was anyone about.
I bellowed some foul language at him out of the window - sadly I was at the top of the house, no time to go down and offer him some incontinence pads. He ignored me until he had finished his business, picked up his cup of coffee and continued his way, when he shouted something inaudible back at me. I wondered after if he presented someone with those flowers with his left hand....
Unfortunately he was wearing a baseball cap so unrecognisable for future reference.
Unfortunately it isn't always possible to 'hold it in'. Although women seem to be better than men at this. Especially when age 'creeps' up on you or illness. If I had to choose between peeing myself and peeing on the street I know which one I would choose.
Public loos are fewer and far between. Even big shops, big supermarkets and DIY places don't have public wc facilities. Lets not talk about the effect of lockdown on avaialability of public loos.
This however does not excuse the highly antisocial behaviour. There is an anti-pee (urine repellant) paint you can apply to splash the liquid back onto the culprit's own body. It could help in some circumstances.
Well obviously, every one of us has been caught short at some point or other in our lives. But it's generally pretty obvious the difference between that kind of situation and just behaving badly.
Wonder why Council removed the Toilet outside Boots - Wood Green ?
