Post problems anyone?

This isn't the first time this has happened in the last year, but the blatancy of this one has irritated me more than usual: had an envelope through today containing a passport which a) wasn't ours and has been delivered to the wrong house and b) was completely opened - not just a corner but the whole envelope ripped. It's pretty clear that someone on Royal Mail's staff has had a good look inside.

Luckily I know the intended recipient so will drop it in to them tomorrow, but I'm appalled that we're paying more and more for a service that seems to be employing so many opportunists. We've had more than one envelope from Revenue & Customs opened in the past. Anyone else getting this? Did you report it and get any response?
