It would be great if st Ann's ward / hermitage and gardens cllrs could post their surgeries here too.

Amit, if you put your street name in this it pulls up your ward and councillors.  Clicking on a councillor name will give details of their surgery dates and times.

Hello Jo. I can't make tomorrow but I, and I assume many other residents of Harringay, St.Anns and West Green wards, would be grateful if you could look into the problems associated with the pocket park on Stanley Rd opposite St.John Vianney school.

Over time it has been allowed to deteriorate to the point that there are groups of people openly taking and dealing drugs and a mini shanty town has sprung up. These same people roam surrounding neighbourhoods breaking into cars, distributing rubbish and drug paraphernalia and taking part in anti-social behaviour. 

I'm sure its considered a 'complex' problem but a slow walk past (not alone) will provide visibility of the issues from which a treatment strategy might emerge. The benefits would be enjoyed across Harringay.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm really sorry to hear about the situation. I have seen from a distance, but will come to look more closely as well as we figure out what can be done. As the park sits in St. Ann's ward, I will talk to the ward councillors (Cllr Georgia Twigg and Cllr Ruairdhi Paton) in the first instance to raise within the council, and also ensure the cabinet member for parks and others are aware.
