Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

And a special thanks to the candidates for Tottenham, Hornsey and Wood Green, their families, freinds and supporters have put their lives on hold for this election. it is especially tough on partners over relentless commitments to a campaign, so big thank you to them.

Yesterday was safe for us all, so thank you to our police, who likely worked overtime, as they have been subject to cuts to staff and a building closure plan.
George Barda from Green Peace and the Occupy movement did a hustings, but neither he or I were selected, Jarelle is an example of new beginnings shining through. Candidates need support more than ever. It's time for young people to get involved in politics in Tottenham and give it a shunt.
I met Jarelle when he stood in the Harringay ward by-election. I was really struck by him and his intelligent approach. Hope he goes far.

And here in Hornsey & Wood Green:

I'm not surprised- for the first time in 25 years I actually saw a Tory candidate although zero leaflets.

Phenomenal phenomena across London
negative growth on a bar chart, there's only one way that can go now, like my old maths teacher used to say' 'keep building man.'

AND now you're all going to get to know the lovely DUP...

A horrifying prospect!
And the 'Stable One'

Not at all.

Yes, even ignoring their past as a nod to the chuckle brothers, I take exception to their present policies of opposition to gay marriage, and opposition to abortion which means that women have to travel away from home to seek abortion or face unwanted pregnancies.

Evidently John Major avoided an alliance with the DUP as he felt that it was essential that the UK government remain nuetral in its position with all sides in Northern Ireland and Cameron avoided the same because of the DUPs anti gay marriage stance.

There are some corkers in the gang of 10. At least two are leading members of the Orange Order, the father of one of them was caught trying to supply arms to loyalist paramilitaries and one had to pay back thousands £ of dodgy parliamentary expenses. They make UKIP seem soft and cuddly.
How the British government will persuade Sein Fein to get back into a power sharing arrangement after getting into bed with this bunch is beyond me.
