Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Good to see that the fingerpointing hate comics have got properly stuck in to Labour this morning.

I don't know about you, but I'm always happy to take a political steer from phone hacking, tit perving, Hillsborough-lie mongering, Leveson fearing, non-doms .I'm pretty sure they've got my best interests at heart. #Murdoch's muppets !

The Daily Mail today has a mere 13 pages attacking Labour as the party of terrorism. Guesss they aren't taking it seriously....

For forgot Nazi supporting.

The Sun is a brilliant tabloid paper with many campaign successes to its name. That is why it is the best selling paper in Europe and it stands up for the working class better than any other paper, hence its huge sales.

Just because you are Left wing does not mean the paper is bad. Corbyn has a unpalatable past with his connections to Sinn Fein, Hezbollah and socialism. Corbyn would damage the economy if he was elected and millions of workers would suffer from the recession and higher taxes he would create. He and Diane Abbott proved they were not up to scratch with facts and figures before the election.

Indeed. Who can forget such gems as

"Fly away gays - and we will pay" in 1987
Straight sex can't give you AIDS" in 1989
Coverage of the Hillsborough disaster
A Sun journalist being found guilty of bribing public employees for stories
Blaming Muslims for the 2011 massacre in Norway when it was the work of a white neo-Nazi

The Sun never lets the truth get in the way of a good story.
The sun is famous for its incorrect facts and figures.

Not true. The Guardian and Mirror have worse records. The Mirror admitted to phone hacking. Piers Morgan was the editor of the Mirror when it printed false stories about British soldiers in Iraq and he apologised later.

Millions of people would not buy the Sun if it had incorrect facts. If it prints a mistake, it always corrects it later, as most newspapers do.

That's the funniest thing I've heard all day. Firstly millions of people don't buy the sun. Secondly the sun gave been done for hacking phones. The reason why you don't know that is because you read the sun.

The Guardian's famous mistakes are all spelling/grammatical.

Neil, the guardian is also owned by a trust so all profits go back in to journalism not a media moguls pockets via the cayman Islands...
Sadly not the case. Since 2008 the Guardian has been owned by the Scott Trust LIMITED. It is a private corporation and says and dies as it pleases. This has led to censorship and sacking of journalists; cover up over its links to the HSBC scandal; reactionary editorials(eg support for the bombing of Gaza) and most recently vile attacks and smears of Corbyn.
There is a huge difference between getting figures wrong and deliberately putting people's lives at risk by telling them it's OK to have sex without a condom, to tell gay men to get a one way ticket to Norway, to accuse Liverpool supporters of stealing money from dead people......... they may correct it sometime later in a small corner of page 35 but the damange has already been done.

I'm sorry Neil, this simply won't do.

None of the papers is blameless, but 'phone hacking, blaming the victims of Hillsborough, with the editor claiming that HE was the victim,  30 years of objectification of women and a vilification of people like Clare Short for having the temerity to disagree.....Life's too short to list them.

Pointing the finger elsewhere isn't good enough.

The Sun is a cesspit.

You're welcome to it.
