Thought people might like to see the post I just received from Iceland.
Dear Mr Foxe
Thank you for your email about UCKG packing bags at our Harringay Green Lanes store. I am grateful to you for drawing this to my attention and can confirm that this should not have been allowed to happen, and steps have been taken to ensure that it does not recur. Having investigated, I can assure you that your original email to our Customer Care team was read and discussed very carefully, and I am sorry that you felt that this was not evident from their response. As that email says, all our store managers have been reminded that the focus of all fundraising in future should be on finding a cure for dementia through our support for UCL Dementia Research.

Thanks for this, I saw them begging with the usual buckets on the Green Lanes Arena Shopping Park - outside Superdrug - before Christmas. I got nowhere complaining, although someone did suggest I contact the people who run, maintain the shopping park.

One would have though, considering their continuous presence, the SNT would have asked questions a long time ago. I have told them. Don't assume I haven't....
