I don't know. One week someone suggests HOL is turning into Gumtree because of the small ads and becoming "less interesting", the next we've got some more meaty stuff to talk about and still we have 'complaints'  - I find it interesting what does get traction. I'm not sure I would have anticipated that our most popular discussions would be about cycling on pavements or the machinations of the Labour party. Humans eh?

I love the site, it gives me a great sense of community. I picked up a nearly new, much needed mattress a few weeks ago and then lent some lovely young people my juicer as they had apples to use. They broke it, but i didnt care as they were so lovely. Juicers are a waste of  cupboard space anyway. Some of the posts do make me laugh though. All good.
