Great shot of the walkway up to Harringay station from 1971 from the billboards to the George Jackson graffiti (Harringay was always a radical place) to that brilliant coat worn by a Harringay chap. And I'm sure my mum had a decanter just like that.

Liz, I certainly notice how much better it looks without the large rubbish bins. Maybe if we abolish all BIFFA and Veolia bins, it will have a transformative effect - just as abolishing all traffic lights and street furniture might improve the traffic safety. I'm in my counter-intuitive mood this evening.
