I'm up for the lively onion and garlic.

I'm pretty sure rimming a chicken is illegal.

Only if it's not consensual

OMG

This may pass by the delicate sensitivity of many HoL-ers I bet.

Don't be inducing people to Google it!

I know I'm thick but what is actually happening to the chicken??

I reckon they meant "well trimmed" but there was a bit of a typing error and bad translation. Rimmed has a number of different meanings but as Julia wrote it is not necessary to google it.

Which restaurant is this?

Any guesses?

I know which one it is. I've chuckled frequently about it. It's one of the flamin' marvellous ones at the Salisbury end of Green Lanes.
