Dramatic arrest on Green Lanes brings Harringay traffic to standstill
Reports are coming in via Twitter that northbound traffic was/is at a standstill on Green Lanes near The Salisbury as police arrest man who was at some point lying in the middle of the road.

wouldn't be that surprised if betting shop related, he ran out from that area

Male arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply (14 wraps of white powder and 8 small bags of cannabis) bailed pending analysis of white powder with conditions to stay out of N4 and N22 areas.
