I was just marvelling at these tonight, they look fantastic. My sunflowers are puny things in comparison with these. Well done everyone involved.

Last year, I had an idea for a photo for these, and this year, they are even better thanks to Justin, so I will see what I can do.

Whenever I walk past these sunflowers I can't help having a smile on my face. Well done to the industrious folk I saw planting them earlier this year.

There was a chap who planted some a few years ago at the top of Warham road at the base of a tree there that came up nice. I am inspired to have a go in the garden myself next year.

The guerilla gardener of Warham Road, Michael, gave up after vandalism ( including council contractors spraying his sunflowers with weed killer). I'll see if I can persuade him to give it another go for an autumn display.
