Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

So you thought it was chilly?

Can you remember the cold snap a few weeks back? Perhaps difficult to do so with this lovely sunshine now and daffodils coming out!

I was in Bulgaria last week where they had experienced some serious cold weather- even the Danube froze over in some places! I took this picture in Silistra, north east Bulgaria, a week ago. It looked possible to walk across to Romania on the other side!

Perhaps we should start a new section on the site- HoLs on hols....

Glad you liked the pic folks! I thought a frozen river would be like an ice skating rink not like this with chunks of ice and snow on top. I was impressed though it's really damaged local economy of course with no river traffic.

OK, this should be sorted now. It seems that this feature works in a way that our platform hosts didn't realise, but there's apparently a workaround. Can those who couldn't see the button/s let us know if you can see them okay now please.
