Sorry we can't come along to this today. The Timebank is actively recruiting people to help out with Haringey Gardening projects- would St Ann's be interested in joining up with the Timebank to recruit volunteers and reward them with time credits for each hour they help out? My colleague Sam is working on this aspect so best to reach her directly Tel: 077 266 95812 Email: Sam.Leggatt@groundwork.org.uk
Might be helpful in your discussions today to consider

please can you post what needing doing and direct contact of whom people can get in touch to help out?
I got this info from the What's on in the libraries leaflet. I don't have any more information than what is posted above, I'm afraid and I'm not involved with the project myself.
There is a telephone number for the library above. They may be in a position to either give you the information you need or pass on the details of people who can.
Hello, my name is Luke Berman and I am a Community Project Officer for BTCV in Haringey. This is something I am involved in and for anyone who wants to get involved the group meets every wednesday at St Ann's Library 12pm - 2pm. At the moment the main work is weeding and cutting plants back but we are starting to talk about a much bigger project to transform the space. Ideas are to have a child friendly play area and a growing space and to have regular events to get people enjoying the space. We are looking for anyone who can help out as this is a realtively new group. Please contact Yota Kondopoulou (the library branch manager) on 020 84898775 if you would like mroe information, or just turn up on wednesday.
