Cafe Teria, a small independent cafe run by two lovely educated and friendly Polish women, is just a stone's throw from Turnpike Lane tube station - 238, Langham Road, N15 3NB.
They have been open for four days today. Cafe Teria can seat up to 20 people, plus there is additional seating outside.
Everything is home-made. The cakes look delicious. My BLT baguette certainly was! Prices are incredibly affordable - £1 for a fresh coffee and £2 for a jacket potato.
The venue is classy, if not a little eccentric. The boss - a woman - is a creative designer and her husband is a professional builder.
And it stocks all the Broadsheets.
Another attraction is the BATHROOM. Seeing is believing.
I have no hesitation in recommending this place - beats Costas any day!
Went today and was nice, friendly relaxed atmosphere. had colouring books and crayons for my toddler and also a wooden tic-tac-toe to play with, and newspapers were available.
Will be going back again, beats using one of the big chains.
