Needed: Vets that open on Sunday

Hi Nora, there are a couple of fairly local vets offering 24 hour service but I have no idea what they are like but may be worth giving them a ring

Abbeyvet is a chain with branches in Stamford Hill, Dalston and other bits of north London. At least one of the branches is always open on a Sunday - it was the Dalston one last time I needed a vet, but I think it may vary: http://www.abbeyvet.net/

Dr Khan on Green lanes used to open on a sunday morning (No appointment required)  I assume he is still practising but have not used him for a few years as I now use a home visit vet (who does'nt visit on a sunday unfortuantely)

Could you let me know the details of the home visit vet? It would be great not to have the battle of getting the cats into baskets! Do they charge more?

She is more expensive I think but worth it as all the stress of getting to the vets is taken away.  Her name is Caroline Vickers by the way and will do evening calls as well.
