Second the admiration for the research and hard graft that went into the book.  Worthy of a wide readership.  Any chance of reproducing the Ham & High article here?

And here's a link to the piece in the Ham & High. God only knows why they made the author's picture so big on the website. It was much smaller in the paper!

I'd think that if it were mine but it's a perfectly good photo so don't worry.  The article was great and hopefully will entice a few more to read the book!
