How much ? Are they daily permits

Just back from the council office in wood green library.

You can buy physical 'scratch' parking cards there ... but you will need proof of ID, ideally council tax docs. there is a minimum spend of £10 i think.

It also takes ages. i waited approx two hours. the system is reasonable just overloaded.

There was still confusion re using old 'expired' cards with one person saying yes and another no.
