Need someone who can replace a broken small fence in front of the house

Hi there I live on the ladder and would like to know if anyone knows anyone who can replace a broken fence as the one in the front of the house where the bins are is broke looked online and the prices are so expensive as it’s only a small fence i don’t know what to do as I can’t do it myself as I don’t know how too any recommendations please let me know !
