How on earth.... unless the driver was taken ill at the wheel?

Think of it in terms of things associated with Boris being car-crashes and all will be clear.

Brake failure?

Shock of realising how much more he'd be paid as a HGV driver...

It might have been a power/computer outage.
I was told that the ‘Boris buses’ are drive by wire, when the power goes so does everything- no brakes/steering etc. All part of Boris’ laser like focus on details.

That sounds extremely unlikely. Who told you that ?

A bus driver, about the Bozza buses, not this particular incident.

Looks awful. Hope no one was hurt

No one hurt, apparently.

I like the advert on the side of the bus.

The big issue is the roundabout is not fit for purpose, the road is too tight for buses due to that roundabout. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible so buses can negotiate it easier.

I walked past this site yesterday and it is almost impossible to imagine how the bus could end up like that given the road and position of the roundabout. Really shocking - but thankful nobody was hurt.

I assume the bus was heading south?
