My sister introduced me to dandelion leaves. They make a nice cuppa tea..

I am told that rabbits and guinea pigs are very fond of dandelions.  I have plenty if anyone wants to come and dig them up for their pets.

Dandelions also make for a very decent boiled greens dish often served in Greece
