Walked past it earlier today and all the books are packed up and it looks ominously like it may well be closing. Anyone got any info on what's going on?

I too walked past and thought they must be using the closed period as an opportunity to reorder the shelves. Had a look on the Haringey website and there’s no indication that it won’t be reopening with its usual hours
The library is being refurbished. They have had it planned for some time and I spoke with one of the librarians recently. Don’t panic, it’s not closing, just getting a face lift!
Thanks Lisa. It's part of a wider refurbishment of smaller libraries. Most recently Coombes Croft in Tottenham has been refurbished, it reopened for three days and then was closed again till now.
Details here and (specific to Stroud Green) here.
According to this, it is open for 'Click and Collect' orders only, no other services. But other pages say it's closed, and yet others that it's open as normal (well, COVID-normal). I'll take a look at 1030.
The staff at Stroud Green and Harringay Library confirmed that they are open 1030 - 1430 Monday to Saturday for 'Click and Collect', will take in returned books, and have a very restricted availability of public computers. That's it.
They don't know a starting date for the refurbishments.
