When you begin typing text into the search box in Google it automatically makes suggestions for you. Type in "libraries are" and among the suggestions you’ll find "libraries are important" which, in terms of the number of results, happens to outnumber those for "libraries are obsolete" by more than 20:1, which is encouraging.
Sometimes you get some quite bizarre and amusing results, as highlighted the
Autocomplete Me site. Like how on earth do the following figure in Google's autocomplete results:
Type in
I punched a and in fourth place with over 19,000 results comes
I punched a whale right in the face.
On the
Canadian version of Google, try
I have a b and you'll get, with 19,400 results,
I have a bed made out of buttermilk pancakes.
Go figure.
