I have come into possession of a magnificent piece of furniture from an old friend who is trading down:
This object is in good (not perfect) condition and is made of hard wood veneered in walnut. It stands about 2.4 metres tall and is a metre wide. The main box contains simply a hanging rail and there are two shallow drawers below. The mirror has a bevelled edge. Clearly, a piece this tall would not suit a modern house but would look good with Victorian height ceilings as we have in Harringay.
I do not want this piece and was about to remove the door to use as a full length mirror before disposing of the rest. If anyone would like the whole thing for £50, please come and get it. It's very heavy and the buyer must arrange collection. The top section lifts off.
Must go soon, ideally before 18th August.
100cm wide, 44cm deep. The main cupboard is 195cm high without the top in position. The top adds a further 47cm.
