You're not alone. Several of my friends who are members won't post and think we're a bunch of Nimbys. One lady's husband says he can tell when she's been looking on here because she gets grumpy.

Hugh closed the discussion as I was posting something. Probably the right thing for him to do. Look, you're right about Annette's reaction probably making things worse but I can imagine she is pretty fed up by now. I used to be a young suburban oick and our favourite passtimes were pissing off the local home owners and walking around drinking in parks (drinking age was 20). Knowing that what we did pissed people off was probably the sole motivation for doing it but like I said, Annette is probably quite fed up by now and failing to even want to see this. Anyway, cheers for sticking up for the young people, I forget sometimes.
