Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
We need a nice flat to rent in Harringay!

I realise this should go in the "Find a Harringay Home" group but I posted there and had no response, so trying the main bit. My partner and I have both lived in Harringay for more than four years and need a bit more space. We've not been able to find (or get) what we want, so we've looked around outside of the neighbourhood, but it's just not the same and we want to stay. Please help!
We'd like a large 1-bed or 2 bed garden property. We've both just finished PhDs and have jobs that require some
work from home, so we need a place with space for that, with good light, and
in good condition, and also with a secure place to store bikes.
We need to move by the end of Feb or early March, and would ideally like to be on the
southern end of the Ladder, but will look around a bit if all the other
boxes are ticked. Our budget's about 1150pcm but would negotiate
for the right place.
We want a place where we'll feel at home. We promise to take great care of any property, including the garden!

Yes, it was perfect for us but the landlord gave it to someone else bc we couldn't move right away :(

Lauren, there's always that very spacious 4-bedroom house on the Ladder, South-West.
It's St Paul's Vicarage, at £475 pw. I'm sure you could sub-let a room or two and still have loads of space.
