1 bed flat needed from October

Hello,

We're long-term Harringay residents, who are now splitting our time between Harringay and Margate. As we've bought a lovely seaside flat, that will be our main residence, we now need to downsize our Harringay residence. We need one bedroom, and are happy for the whole set-up to be quite small as it'll be more a pied-a-terre than a home for us. We'd like to pay around £900/month (or less!).

Please get in touch if you have or hear of anything that might be appropriate. We love the neighbourhood and really don't want to leave it!
