Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I saw this question on a post-it in Soho, as part of an art project. I thought that amongst all the discussions on HOL about rubbish, free pianos, graphic designers and St Ann's, it would be nice to ask you guys what made YOU smile today.
It could be the coffee in Blend, seeing the person you're in love with walking on the Lanes, your cat, your meal at Open Kitchen, whatever, anything goes.
I'll go first. The first thing that made me smile this morning is hearing my parrot do yet another perfect imitation of my voice. He does it every day, and it just never gets old. It's the first thing I hear when I wake up, and after two years it still makes me so happy.
Now, over to you.

My bus ride from Bruce Grove to Mattison Road on the 341 - it never gets boring-always something to see. This shop front caught my eye today

Walking through crouch end today i saw a 30yo hipster skatboarder outside the town hall making a lot of noise showing off to his mates and scaring the local oldies. I heard a yodelling shout and when i turned around he was on the floor with his skateboard on top of him. I hear he has a very badly twisted ankle amd a fractured elbow. I smiled.

A baby on the train on the way home today who produced the most enormous burp.

Crimson Virginia creeper in the passage between Warham and Seymour. Such amazing colour.

Laughing with a van driver at the traffic lights because I was so comically getting soaked by the rain this morning

It was my wedding anniversary on the 1st.

Painful isn't it? ;-)
