Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

My Virgin phone has been down since yesterday - is anyone else experiencing this problem? When I rang them (on my mobile), I got an automated message saying they were trying to fix the problem but I don't know if it's just my line or the area.

And me. The website had an estimated fix date of 16/9. Now it says 18/9.

A few weeks ago I caught a grown up man messing about with the Virgin cabinet, the key had been left in the door so he opened it was and poking around. When I challenged him he got very very stroppy saying he was going to keep the key and do what he wanted as it was Virgins fault, with no thought to the customers. A problem is trying to contact a human at Virgin to report anything.

I gave up after almost two hours yesterday. Any Twitter people out there fancy giving Virgin the what for?

I sometimes try the sales line as that gets through quite fast!

I found one of the cabinet doors complete off the a few days ago, but I called the number on the cabinet and got though to someone pretty quickly.  Admittedly the cabinet door is still just propped up against the cabinet, but at elast I got though to a human.

Yes my line also down since yesterday. So frustrating!! You don't even know unless you try and make a call. This seems to happen every few months. I also just keep getting the automated messaging service. They need to give us money back for their unreliable service. I really wish I had changed providers!!!

I honestly don't understand why any HOL member would go / stay with Virgin, given the amount of bad publicity on here. Are they very cheap or something ?

Perhaps because it doesn't frequently happen to us all? In the 4 years I've had the service, I've had two known outages. When that happened it didn't anger me enough to leave or get on here and whine about it.
But the ability to whine is one of the main functions of social media

I suppose the thing is that normally people don't post unprovoked to say they are getting a wonderful service from whomever. I'm glad that you and Andrew are happy with your service but if I lost, as some people seem to do, internet for up to a week and received misleading information/promises you would hear me whining from the top of the BT Tower
