I saw a similar (maybe the same) van being driven at an exceptionally dangerous high speed back in February. It was so reckless I emailed a complaint to Green Oak but never received a response...
Its evident that these changes are causing palpable inconvenience and frustration to some people in the local area. It is hoped that the worst of this will quickly abate as traffic finds other flows. In the meantime, please can we try and ensure that any frustration vented here is kept non-personal.

Yes it was by the council officers, and no, it's not wide enough for four lanes the way you suggest, sorry.
I would not agree with this course of action. It would not work. The better method would be to carry out works to the rail at night. I believe they do this in Japan. To lesson inconvenience and improve Health and Safety.
