I had a friend who had a flat in the New River Village . It's a lovely place that was so well insulated they never needed to use the heating.

Hi, there.
My friend is coming for a post graduation at Kings College.
She would like a short let from the 5th of January to the 25th of April 2016. She is with her husband and a small daughter. Would it be possible to do it? Please, let us know, as we could give 2 months in advance in case you agree with a short term let.
