Parking permits

Is anyone else having problems with the Taranto parking permit system? I keep getting locked out when i'm trying to book visitors' permits, & having to change my password: which is then only recognised on my laptop & not on my phone. I need to use the system every day, to book parking for my carer, and it's stressful when the parking attendant is already on the street.
