I missed a delivery over the weekend and for the first time since March 2020, the card through the door told me to pick the parcel up from the North London Delivery Office in Tufnell Park (instead of booking a redelivery) and gave the opening hours. So off I went this evening, having seen on the card that the DO was open until 7 - to find it is not. I probably should have checked online before I went, but the hours listed on Google seem to be disputed in any case.
As it happens, there was a very helpful postie just leaving the site and he stopped and went back in to get my parcel for me, thus saving my trip from being wasted, but the lesson for everyone else is to not trust the cards being put through doors by the post deliverers as they have pre-pandemic opening times on them and to at least check online and perhaps even phone before going if it isn't possible to schedule a redelivery or whatever else they offer you.

What's on Google was the case during the second lockdown, I think.
I was going to edit the Google Maps with this info. But it seems someones already done it. Assume that was you, Gordon. If so, well done.
Wasn't me, but again thank you to someone who did.
At least Royal Mail's information comes up straight away in a Google search listing i.e. Results 1-10 etc. I assume there's been some optimisation compared to half a decade ago when finding out anything about the Finsbury Park Delivery Office (that's the proper name, despite the location!) was like drawing teeth.
