Until yesterday Hornsey Library was the nearest alternative: but that is now closed again though they aim to offer 'Click and Collect' when they can.
Only Wood Green and Marcus Garvey libraries are open, with a very restricted service. Latest information here.
I spoke to someone at Hornsey Library today and from next week they will be offering Click and Collect between 12-2, Monday to Friday.
I am pleased this is finally happening. At risk of blowing my own trumpet, I got this going when I was leading on libraries after the elections in 2018. I simply couldn't understand why we weren't having an outward looking developmental programme which invested in all the spaces and spare rooms in libraries to bring them back for community use. It isn't as though there are lots of community spaces to meet in the area. I am pleased I pressed for this because, three Cabinet members on, it is happening.
