Next job, paint the fence? ...and the wood pillar that holds the front gate.....the newly laid path is making everything around it look tired....Sod's law.

Absolutely beautiful tiles and a great job. Would it be rude to ask for a ballpark figure for the path, including tiles, labour etc?

Yes, know what you mean! It's work in progress. Gate post is gone but the fence is an issue. When Haringey Council refurbished the house next door they put that fence in, we got the horrible side so any thoughts on how to improve without replacing grateful received.

Well, you could fix triangular battens to their triangular battens so you'd have a vertical surface on which to fix whatever you wanted?

Would a skinny high raised bed do the trick?
Or paint it, and have some low hanging baskets? ....or if all else fails....turn the fence around!!
