Hi all,
I’m a professional musician and have recently moved close to Haringey Green Lanes overground. I’m looking for somewhere to practice saxophone on a regular basis where I won’t disrupt housemates/neighbours, ideally for not too much money - for obvious reasons I don’t have much disposable income at the moment.!!
Any help would be much appreciated.

You could try Harringay Warehouse District - a few spaces there. Start with New River Studios and ask around.
By the way, its Harringay, Green Lanes Station, not Haringey, Green Lanes.
You live in Harringay, Haringey, London.
Confused? Don't blame you, read here.
Yep they have soundproofed practice rooms:

You could practice under the bridge on the east side of the road, plenty of other musicians practice there. It must be good acoustics.
And I would question your description of them as 'musicians'...
Please don't insult a professional musician like that.
I'm not having a go at musicians, but have you heard the guy with the violin and loudspeaker who scrapes out the same tune over and over all day under the bridge? I am a music teacher, and along with many other people who are subjected to the sheer volume of it, I find it excruciating.
Hi Maddy I didn't mean you at all :)
I was rather referring to John mentioning Robin and the under-the-bridge people in the same breath.
Thanks all! I'll look into New River Studios :)
Hey Robin!
Long time no see. Nice to have you in the area.
Like some others have said, the Warehouse district is full of spots. I usually do rehearsals at Apollo Studios. It's £10 an hour or they do a day rate, but if it's just you practicing on your own it's probably more than you need. I think New River is only £5 an hour during weekdays.
There used to be a nice spot on Endymion Road, but I can't seem to find it now.
Good luck!
