Well yes, it's a great time to get things done. Might not be an LGBTQ conspiracy after all eh.

I wonder if they'll put one of these on the crossing in Wightman Road, next to the Mosque?.

Ouch! No way, the mosque and churches up there are VERY pro traffic. They were behind the moves to prevent Wightman Rd being filtered.

Excellent idea! I encourage you to start a petition :)

Incredible how agitated people are getting over a bit of coloured paint.

Agreed. I wonder how upset they would have been if it was just black and white.

Indeed

2.6% of London identifies as gay, 0.65% of the London population was born in New Zealand, 27% of the population of London is living in poverty and you haven't seen half of how worked up I can get on this Michael. Rainbows are for the people, not for woke government and corporations.

Well it certain has worked up people on here and elsewhere

Its a bloody zebra crossing. What *exactly* is the problem?

Nah, toucan's taken.

This really is a very unpleasant thread HoL.
I encourage everyone to watch the BBC clip where students talk about why they requested the crossing and what they are trying to achieve. What a great example they set, I am very proud to share a borough with these young people.
