Indeed. Heads up - water butts in high summer temperatures are known to be incubators of Legionella bacteria [serious lung disease]. The water is safe to use if decanted into a watering can so that no breathable spray is generated. 

Not safe if used in a pressurised sprayer or through a hose and spray generating  mist/spray/small breathable droplets.
