One wonders if the new restrictions will be enforced when the Civil Enforcement Officers have, for years, been ignoring vehicles parked on the double yellow lines.
Adam was told for years that Haringey wasn’t responsible for any of the road north of Wightman. Now, that issue seems to have been resolved and the council have taken ownership. I’m sure the enforcement officers will be as keen to issue tickets there now as they are anywhere else.
Not only Adam!
But we have got there after long last. I have been pursuing this for a very long time, along with Adam. Govia need to be able to move their vehicles, and they had to get things moving. I met with the officers to work out how to balance the various interests and meet different needs - this is a very fair result. We met with the Mosque to discuss the plans and this was also very positive.
