There was a discussion here ages ago about a group, actually I think it was one man, who had concerns about the way Haringey collects its Council Tax. That is, the methods they use, the letters they send, the speed with which the Summons arrive, the bailiffs etc. Anyone remember this post? the person's name? or the group? Thanks.
It seems unreasonable to issue summons' etc before the end of the financial year. That is being threatened with prison, bailiffs etc, BEFORE the service has been provided. Theoretically someone could have bailiffs at the door well before any rubbish collections have even been missed. IYSWIM.

"do you think the staff wouldn't mind waiting for their salaries until the end of the year?"
Do you think this Antoinette? Is that what you think about staff who work for Haringey Council?
