I've seen with my own eyes today, Greggs is coming to The Arena next to TK Maxx.

Costa, [the gym], Subway. Greggs.

MacDonalds opposite.

Aldi round the corner sell sandwiches too.

PS What was Argos in the retail park is now an unbranded outlet for glitzy (very glitzy) home furnishings.
